The Delta Digital provides web development services including custom website design, development, web applications, and website maintenance. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
2. Project Process
Each project begins with a consultation to understand your requirements. We will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and pricing. Work commences upon your approval of the proposal and agreement to these terms.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods as discussed during the project agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect the project timeline.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for their project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranty and Support
We provide a 30-day support period after project completion to address any bugs or issues related to the delivered work. Additional support or modifications beyond this period may incur additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Delta Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
